Coaching for clarity, fulfillment, and results.

Meet Jane

I am passionate about serving others and coaching clients to lead a life that aligns with their goals and values.

As a first generation Thai-American and career U.S. diplomat, I have worked in 6 different countries, leading multi-cultural teams, and found joy and fulfillment in creating community and purpose for myself and my family.

As a mom of two boys and female leader working in public service, I understand the challenges of wanting to succeed while remaining true to who you are. I have mentored and coached diplomats and international career executives to maximize their potential.

Now as a career transition coach certified by Full Circle Global and the CoActive Training Institute, I am committed to bringing clarity and fulfillment to every client that I work with. I am ready to partner with you to find the balance and clarity in your life.

FAQs

What is coaching?

Coaching is a partnership that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential through thought-provoking, personalized sessions. The process of coaching unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership. When you work with a coach, you set out on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.

What is the difference between coaching and mentoring or therapy?

Coaching focuses on facilitating individuals or groups to draw upon their own experiences and capabilities to set and reach their own objectives. The coach is the expert in the coaching process, but you are the expert on your life journey. Coaching will give you access to a safe, non-judgmental space to explore, pursue, and achieve what you really want in life, by enhancing awareness about your values, aspirations, and obstacles.

Mentorship provides subject matter expertise, wisdom, and guidance based on the mentor's own experiences. Therapy deals with healing pain, trauma, or conflict, typically with the goal of resolving difficulties that impair an individual’s emotional health and psychological functioning. Coaching and therapy can be complementary: a therapist will support your mental health while a coach will focus on your mental fitness - a proactive practice that ignites well-being, performance, and growth.

What impact can coaching have?

The International Coaching Federation Global Coaching Client Study shows that clients who have received coaching have improved work performance, better business leadership, more efficient time management, increased team effectiveness, and discover more growth and opportunities in their lives. The same study found that coaching clients noted greater self-confidence, enhanced relationships, more effective communications skills, better work-and-life balance, and an improvement in wellness.

Does coaching need to be focused on work or career?

Coaching begins with an need for clarity. Coaching can help with any area of your life where you would like to see changes. The sessions focus on where you are now and support you to reach the desired outcome of your life and/or career goal.  Maybe you want to change your career, find balance in your life, turn a hobby into something more, move to a new country. Whatever it is, coaching can help you begin that journey.
